The property viewings were organised by Sean and Andy, we felt completely at ease and they were both very knowledgeable about the properties and local areas we visited. We eventually decided on a property in Manche and Sally at head office took over the whole purchase process for us. Sally explained the process to us and arranged regular video conferences at our convenience so we were kept informed with what was happening and what we needed to do. The whole process ran smoothly from start to finish and we completed on plan, a real testament to the hard work Sally does behind the scenes. Andy Vickrage the local agent has been extremely helpful continuing to liaise with ourselves and the vendors and supporting us with local connections when required. Great help and support through the whole viewing process from Andy Vickrage. His videos are entertaining, but more importantly, they are a good representation of the property. Andy was knowledgeable about the properties we saw, knows the vendors and is a mine of local information. The follow-up service from the back office team (Sally) was also very good. They follow the sale process from start to finish and put in a lot of hard work. This was quite a contrast from the other agent experiences we had. 5 Stars from us.
