  Booked and paid for a nice apartment 3 months ago, only to be told by this company a few hours before check-in that it is double booked. Then tried to tell me the original apartment was sold by the owner and not renting out anymore. Which is it? They then said they had an alternative apartment I could use. They took so long to inform me I couldn't book anything else for the night, or get a refund, so had no choice but to accept. This other place was disgusting, had a bad mouldy smell and terrible fixtures and setup. No soap or any decent provisions. The air conditioning stopped working within 10 minutes of checking in, on a very hot day, I emailed Clara straightaway and she just ignored my email completely. I'd parked closeby to the original apartment, so had to move my car closer to this alternative apartment. She then proceeded to laugh at me with the locals as I struggled to get my big car in to the space closer to this disgusting apartment that I had no choice but to accept. Don't trust these holiday rental companies in tourist areas, they treat the tourists terribly, knowing they don't need to get repeat business, much better using a reputable hotel....
