Dieu merci Raphael Lamasion, le propriétaire l'a fait et il parle très bien anglais !!! C'était une très bonne chose pour moi car j'ai trouvé plusieurs problèmes en essayant de louer un logement en France pendant plus de quelques mois. J'avais besoin d'un compte bancaire en France mais vous avez besoin d'une résidence en France avant de pouvoir ouvrir un compte, pareil pour tout le reste! Bref, Raphael a pu tout configurer pour moi sans avoir à ouvrir de compte en France. Il m'a trouvé un bel appartement donnant directement sur le boulevard des Pyrénées et les montagnes. Si j'avais des problèmes à l'appartement, il s'en occuperait immédiatement ou viendrait régler le problème lui-même. Merci Beaucoup Raphael, je ne vous remercierai jamais assez pour toute l'aide et la gentillesse que vous m'avez montrées en restant dans votre beau comté. Je vous contacterai à mon retour pour un autre séjour. Je recommande vivement Aragon Immobilier et Raphael Lamaison. I saw this office has I was walking around. I do not speak French and my friend spoke only a little, well to tell you it was hard finding someone who spoke english enough to get across what I needed was hard. After looking for a realtor who could speak english with little luck, I decided to try Aragon Immobilier. Thank goodness Raphael Lamasion the owner did, and he speaks english very well !!! It was a very good thing for me as I found multiple problems in trying to actually rent a place in France for more than a few months. I needed a France bank account but you need a residence in France before you can get an account, the same with everything else ! Well long story short, Raphael was able to get everything setup for me without having to open an account in France. He found me a Beautiful apartment looking directly out at the boulevard de pyrenees and the mountains. If I had any problems at the apartment he would have it taking care of right away or would come checkout the problem himself. Merci Beaucoup Raphael, I cannot thank you enough for all the help and kindness you showed me while staying in your beautiful county. I will contact you when I return for another stay. I highly recommend Aragon Immobilier and Raphael Lamaison.
