I met M.de Vivie several years ago while looking for a house to buy or to rent; I was open minded. I am a native English speaker and my spoken French is fairly ropey, however I found M.de Vivie to be the most articulate English speaker in Chamonix and, perhaps because of this, the most helpful and empathetic property professional. I spent a lot of time with him, and did not end up buying or renting. Notwithstanding this M.de Vivie was friendly and courteous. I'm sure that, when I return to look for a property one day, I will beat a path to his door. I cannot recommend highly enough!
