Nous avons trouvé que l'hébergement était fantastique et il y avait un local à vélos optimal pour les 8 personnes qui y séjournaient. Ils ont également organisé pour nous des transferts et des forfaits de remontées mécaniques, ce qui était un ajout très utile à notre voyage. Le personnel était très serviable et gentil car ils nous ont aidés dans certaines situations qui étaient au-delà de ce à quoi ils devraient s'attendre et pour cela, nous sommes très reconnaissants. (Avis d'origine) We stayed with Snow and Trek for a mountain bike holiday in Morzine in Le Slalom 25 apartment. We found the accommodation to be fantastic and it had optimal bike storage for the 8 people that were staying there. They also organised for us Transfers and Lift passes which was a very useful addition to our trip. The staff were very helpful and kind as they helped us in some situations which were above and beyond what they should be expected to do and for this we are very grateful.

Pour que tout soit moins stressant, nous les laissons maintenant tout organiser pour nous, transferts depuis l'aéroport, location de skis, forfaits de ski prêts à l'arrivée. L'entreprise a ses propres chauffeurs, un magasin de ski avec un kit moderne et toutes les connexions locales pour l'hébergement. Auparavant, nous avions un appartement indépendant d'eux, mais à cette occasion, nous avons séjourné (deuxième fois) au Chalet Poppy, leur option Bed and Breakfast qui est située à distance de marche de la ville, des stations de remontées mécaniques Super M et Pleney. Je ne peux pas recommander assez Vicky, Sophie et l'équipe Snow and Trek, vraiment des gens formidables avec qui traiter. (Avis d'origine) This was our fifth visit to Morzine using Snow and Trek, a four day trip just before Christmas. To make everything less stressful we now just leave them to organise everything for us, transfers from the airport, ski rental, lift passes ready on arrival. The company have their own drivers, a ski shop with modern kit and all the local connections for accommodation. Previously we had a self catered apartment from them but on this occasion we stayed (second time) in Chalet Poppy their Bed and Breakfast option which is located within walking distance of the town, the Super M and Pleney lift stations. Can't recommend Vicky, Sophie and the Snow and Trek team enough, really great people to deal with.
