  Positive: Very cute idyllic house, with everything you need, overlooking parts of Monaco. Spectacular views. 20 min walk down to the beach, going back up takes a bit longer :)). Sonia is a wonderful host. It’s a 5-star service!. Negative: WiFi doesn’t reach the terrace...

  Positif: Emplacement vraiment top, juste au-dessus de Monaco. Une des maisons les plus authentiques dans les environs, avec une vue qui embrasse l'horizon. La terrasse avec la tonnelle sous laquelle nous avions diné le soir apportait une touche d'authenticité certaine, à mi-chemin entre l'esprit bourgeois-bohême et le style provençal... Chambres très propres, et décorées avec goût. Clim très efficace..

  Positif: l'emplacement du site 'la bella vista' est exceptionnel, la maison domine la baie de Monaco, la vue mer est omniprésente et 'habite' les lieux ; la maison allie le conforme des équipements modernes (la climatisation et la fraîcheur qu'elle amène constitue un atout indéniable) et la chaleur des demeures chargées d'histoire : la tonnelle et sa vigne opulente, le charme cosy des agencements anciens furent particulièrement appréciés ; de la grande terrasse surplombant la mer se dégage une atmosphère à la fois apaisante et roborative ; par ailleurs Sonia est une hôtesse toujours souriante, prévenante et attentive, (une bouteille de vin et des petits encas nous attendaient le premier jour) ; bref une belle surprise que 'la bella vista' ! nous reviendrons !.

  Positive: La Bella Vista is a wonderfully rustic self-catering option. It's incredible value considering the location. Our wonderful host Sonia left a fine selection of pastries and other snacks as a most welcome and unexpected surprise. In fact, Sonia was such a pleasure to deal with you made the stay for us. The location is wonderful overlooking the sea toward Monaco. Both parts of the property have airconditioning and the is Wifi. Water pressure and heat were also very good. The fitment and style of the upper bedroom was really perfect.. Negative: It is important to note that you absolutely need a hire car to access the property. Some parts of the property are very rustic. The two bedrooms are separated by an outside path and stairs so moving between them is not all that easy and it's not ideal for young children..

  Positive: Sonia was the most amazing host. She met us at L'espagnol petrol station (the meeting point) and drove us up to the house. On arrival there was a bottle of red wine, cheese, ham, olives and bread which was a nice touch. Lots of pain au chocolate/croissants for breakfast too. The view is amazing!!! Whilst it can feel a bit remote being up in the hillside, you get stunning views and it is very peaceful. We had both the upstairs and the downtairs cottages. Both have a large double room, modern bathroom, sitting area and terrace with awesome views. The downstairs one also has a kitchen. Everything you need is there and Sonia has clearly carefully thought about every aspect and been very sensitive to retain the old character of the house but with some modern touches. If you don't have a car then this might put some people off...but not us! It takes around 20 mins to walk down the stairs to the beaches in Monaco. During the day (until around 7.30pm) you can get Zest buses (12, 13 or 18) back up the hill to Les Terraces bus stop. That is about an 8 min walk away from the house. Yes it is steep but manageable for anyone with reasonable fitness. In the evening we would head down to Maya Bay and then get an Uber to pick us up near the Country Club. It will drop you off by L'espagnol or by Nissan Motors and then you can just do the 5 min salk up the hill. The Uber costs around 7euros. The last bit of the hill from the bus/taxi drop off is steep but we had flat shoes and a torch which was fine. (You only need torch for the very top bit of the hill. The main Tenao steps are lit up if you decide to walk all the way up)! We would also recommend a little restaurant called Sexy Tacos which is about half way down the hill. Lovely intimate and casual restaurant with good quality food and live music. Had a wonderful stay and really wish we could have stayed longer. Sonia even gave us a lift back to Monaco station when we checked out..

  Positiv: Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett, sehr bemüht und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Da wir mit einem gemieteten Scooter unterwegs waren, wäre die An-/Abreise mit unseren Gepäckstücken sehr kompliziert gewesen, dank Sonjas Hilfsbereitschaft war auch dies kein Problem. Sie half uns mit ihrem Privatauto! Zu erwähnen wäre ebenfalls der unerwartet voll gefüllte Kühlschrank mit Speisen und Getränken bei der Anreise. 100% Weiterempfehlung! Besser geht es nicht! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder..

  Positiv: Tolle Unterkunft .... sehr schöne Aussicht auf den Hafen von Monaco. Schöner Balkon mit perfekter Lage . Herzlicher netter Empfang mit persönlicher Korrespondenz. Willkommen Getränke und Snacks von Antipasti bis süße Leckereien. Von antialkoholischen Getränken bis guten Champagner; alles sehr familiär und nur zu empfehlen. Zum Abschied hab’s noch ein Gast Geschenk.... immer wieder gerne !!!!. Negativ: Nichts ... alles perfekt!.

  Positief: De host is zeer vriendelijk en alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Bij aankomst was de koelkast netjes gevuld met een paar hapjes en drankjes. Het huis was schoon en groot genoeg voor 2 personen, met een zeer ruim terras waar je uitkijkt op Monaco en de zee!. Negatief: Niks.

  Positiv: Frühstück sowie alle Mahlzeiten waren super! Alles war inklusive. Sogar extra Getränke und Essen. Super freundliche, herzliche und unkomplizierte Vermieterin (Sonia)! Apartment mit Herzblut.. Negativ: Anfahrt, aber man gewöhnt sich daran. Sonst gibt es nichts zu meckern, es war alles Top!.

  Positiv: Was soll ich sagen...dank der Gastgeberin Sonia und ihrem wundervollen Feriendomizil war unser Aufenthalt trotz Autopanne unvergesslich schön. Sonia ist eine so freundliche, warmherzige und hilfsbereite Person. Mit ihr haben wir eine Freundin fürs Leben gewonnen. Ihre Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen ebenso übertroffen. Sie ist nicht luxuriös aber dafür absolut authentisch mit Seele und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist etwas abseits von Monaco am Hang mit einem fantastischen Ausblick von der idyllischen Terrasse auf die Stadt und den Hafen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und nächstes mal mit den Kindern..

  Positive: Welcomed by Sonia with wine and snacks. The fridge was fill of drinks, and the containers of croissants was most welcome at breakfast. Extra large comfortable bed. Very comfortable apartment with everything that you would need during your stay. Loads of character. A million dollar view looking out to the sea, and a view of Monaco.. Negative: The drive down from the main road can be tricky, but after a couple of times, not a problem..

  Positiv: Die Vermieterin Sonia ist sehr nett und sehr zuvorkommend! Kommunikation im Vorfeld war sehr angenehm und ausführlich. Es wurden einige Leckereien, Getränke und Hygieneartikel kostenfrei bereitgestellt. Die Terrasse ist super gemütlich und bietet einen schönen Ausblick. Ein bequemes Sofa, ein großer Esstisch, ein Gasgrill sowie die vielen Pflanzen bieten ein wunderschönes Ambiente, sodass man trotz der Mosquitos gar nicht mehr weg will. Nach dem großen Trubel in Monaco kehrt man in eine Wohlfühl-Oase zurück, einfach wunderschön! Vielen Dank, Sonia! Wir waren sehr zufrieden!. Negativ: Fußweg nach Monaco besteht aus 800 Stufen..

  Positiivinen: Erittäin ystävällinen vastaanotto. Sonja teki kaikkensa, että vierailu sujui mukavasti. Ylä- ja alakerta oli hyvällä maulla remontoitu ja erittäin siisti. Yläkerrasta on upea näkymä merelle ja Monacoon. Asunto henkii hyvää tunnelmaa ja sitä on rakkaudella laitettu..
