Terrible experience. I booked the car online for one week at £187. On arrival I was charged that cost and an additional holding deposit of £212. So far so good. While I was away they charged me an additional £212, I presume a mistakenly charging the holding deposit twice. When dropping the car off there was no one at the desk so I included a note asking them to remove the second holding deposit along with the first. They did this. Then today, a week after returning, they have charged me £191 with no explanation. Impossible to get hold of anyone to understand why or what’s going on....
